Missouri Valley Community Action Agency reminds Saline County parents to pre-register children for the Back to School Fair to be held Wednesday, July 29, from 1 to 4 p.m. at Marshall High School Commons. Children must be registered with MVCAA before Wednesday, July 15, to participate.

Back To School Outreach 2009 (OurSports Central)

Evansville, IN-The Evansville Otters and the Forest Hills Back-to-School Outreach have teamed up for a second year for a school supply blitz on Sunday, July 19th starting at 5:00 p.m. Fans are encouraged to bring school supplies and receive free admission for items donated.

Times Staff, Wire Reports The deadline has passed for Alabama cities and counties to notify the state if they plan to participate in exempting shoppers from sales taxes on back-to-school purchase made Aug. 7-9. Despite the recession, most area governments will participate.
